The easiest and quickest way to apply to Amrita Vidyalayam for the Current Session. Instructions for Filling the form:

You will need to deposit the photocopy of the confirmation of this submission at school counter and get registered. Please download your Comfirmation Slip and present a photocopy of the same at the school reception for registration.
• School will not be responsible for non-receipt of Confirmation Slip sent by post.
• Do not submit form more than once, unless the previous submission had any mistakes in it. Submitting more than once can lead to cancellation. If any difficulty in submitting please report to amrita.vidyalayam@gmail.com
• Along with the photocopy of the confirmation please bring the following documents:
a. Photograph of child, father and mother / guardian (if applicable)
b. Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate
c. Medical fitness certificate of child by registered doctor
d. Proof of Residence
e. Report of Play School
f. Proof of Guardianship (if applicable)
g. Identity Proof of Parents/Guardian
h. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
i. Business card as proof of business/service
• The form is to be filled online and submitted by clicking on the Submit button at the bottom.
• You should have a valid email id to enable you to submit the application online.
• In case you do not have an email id, you can visit any of the following sites to register for a free email id: www.hotmail.com www.yahoo.com www.indiatimes.com www.gmail.com
• On submitting a valid application, a confirmation will be sent to your email id specified in the application along with an application reference number.
• This application reference number must be quoted by you in all future correspondence with the school.
• All fields with a * mark are mandatory fields. If mandatory fields are not applicable please fill N/A in the field.
